Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AI Rap Video Generator ("we") collects when you use ai-rap-video-generator.org, why, and the choices you have. Questions: support@ai-rap-video-generator.org.

What we collect

1. Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method.
2. Photos you upload: the two photos used to make each AI rap video. The faces in them are personal data of the people shown, so you may only upload photos you have permission to use (see the Terms of Service).
3. Generation settings and results: stage, sound mode, topic text, language, length, format, and the finished MP4.
4. Credits and orders: credit balance, purchases, subscriptions and refunds.
5. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, used for security, rate limiting and fixing errors.

How we use it

• To create the videos you request and show them in your account.
• To charge, grant and refund credits, and to send billing emails (receipts, failed payments, refunds, subscription changes).
• To prevent abuse, such as uploads of people who have not agreed, and to answer support requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos in a public gallery or in advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site, stores uploads and videos in private storage (R2), and sends our emails.
• fal.ai runs the AI video models. Your photos and settings are sent to fal only to generate the video you asked for.
• Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your full card number.

Storage and access

Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept in private storage. They open only through signed links that expire, and only for the account that created them.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your photos and videos while your account is active so you can download them again. Email us to delete specific videos, uploads or your whole account; we remove them from storage, except records we must keep for tax or payment law.

Children

The service is not for children under 13. Photos of minors may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and language preference. If optional analytics are enabled, a consent banner lets you choose.

Changes
