Terms of Service

By using ai-rap-video-generator.org you agree to these terms. Contact: support@ai-rap-video-generator.org.

Consent comes first

Before each generation you confirm that you have permission to use both photos. You must not upload:

• Photos of public figures or celebrities.
• Photos of anyone who has not agreed to appear in the video.
• Photos of minors, unless you are their parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

Do not create videos that are sexual, hateful, violent, harassing or defamatory, that impersonate a real person to deceive, or that infringe someone else's rights. We may remove such content, suspend the account and keep the credits used for it.

AI output

Videos are generated by AI models and may contain errors such as imperfect lip sync, blurred hands or changes in appearance. We recommend labeling shared videos as AI-generated.

Credits, payments and refunds

• Credit costs are shown before every generation and are based on length, resolution and model.
• If a generation fails on the AI provider side, its credits are returned automatically.
• One-time credit packs do not renew; their credits expire 12 months after purchase. Monthly plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your billing page.
• Payment questions or refund requests: email us within 14 days of the charge.

Ownership and music

You keep your rights in the photos you upload, and you may use the videos you create for personal and social purposes. Commercial use of a video made with a reference rap track may require separate music clearance, which is your responsibility.

Service changes

Models, credit rates and features may change as we test and improve the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
